Theme From Swan Lake Sheet Music
also known as Thema Vom Schwanensee, Scene From Swan Lake Sheet Music
Artist: Peter Ilich Tchaikovsky (also known as Pyotr Ilyich Tschaikovsky Chaykovski Chaikovsky), Black Swan (Movie)
Writer: Peter Ilich Tchaikovsky, Gary Meisner
Swan Lake is a ballet by Peter Ilich Tchaikovsky, which premiered at Bolshoi Theatre in Moscow in1877. Swan Lake is one of the most famous and popular ballets of all time, although it appears to have been badly received on the occasion of its premier. The music of Swan Lake has become popular in it’s own right, in particular the theme from Swan lake featured here. The main theme of the story of Swan Lake features the character of Siegfried, who falls in love with the character of Odette, who turns from a swan into a human every night. Unfortunately Odette is under a spell from an evil sorcerer, and therefore reverts back to being a swan every morning. Unfortunately there are many different endings too Swan Lake, depending o which version is performed, as many alterations took place after Tchaikovsky’s death.
