This wedding march (bridal chorus, a.k.a. "Here comes the bride") can be heard in Wagner´s opera “Lohengrin” on the
occasion of the wedding of Elsa, daughter of the Duke of Brabant, with
Lohengrin, the Knight of the Holy Grail and son of Parsifal.
Alongside Mendlessohn's wedding march, this bridal chorus is the most popular piece performed at weddings.
Level 1 of The Bridal Chorus (wedding march) has one note per hand only.
Level 1.5 has a three-part harmonisation.
Level 2 of The Bridal Chorus (wedding march) has a four-part harmonisation.
Level 2.5 includes the (shortened) middle section.
Level 3 includes the full middle section.
Level 3.5 has an even fuller harmonisation than Level 3.
