We try to answer all your questions using our Frequently Asked Questions page available from the Help button menu. However, here is some help on the more common problems:

Where are my purchases? |

First you need to login. In order to do this, click Log In on the left hand side of our homepage - just under our logo. |  |
Enter your e-mail address and password. Now click on LOGIN. |  |
You can then go to Your Account which is a link just under the Great Scores logo at the top left of your screen. |  |

Once you have clicked on here, you will be taken to the page showing your order history. Choose the piece you would like to print by clicking on the PRINT link to the right of the name of the score. |  |
Once you have clicked on there, you will be taken to a new page that will show your score. Now click on the small PRINTER LOGO. |  |
And now click on PRINT, but make sure you have enough ink in your cartridge and paper in the feed (to the right is the way this will look on an Apple Mac, depending on your PC and operating system, the interface may look different). |  |
