Supertramp are a band founded in 1969 in London. They are most well known for the large use off Wurlitzer electric piano and the songwriting of two of the founders of Supertramp, Rick Davies and Roger Hodgson. The band currently consists of 10 members who have changed multiple times through the years, but the most significant departure was that of co-founder Roger Hodgson in 1983, which has left Rick Davies to lead the band since then.

Their music was considered to be progressive rock initially, however their songs from the mid-1970s showed rock and pop influences which brought the band greater success, with album sales surpassing 60 million. The peak of Supertramp occurred between 1970 and 1980 where they released a number of hits such as "Take the Long Way Home", "Dreamer" and "Breakfast in America". These songs created a large fan base across Europe, Canada, the USA, South Africa and Australia.
