This ever popular North London, England, ska band formed in 1976 and had their earliest hit The Prince' in 1979.

They have had a variety of band members but have always been lead by the charismatic Suggs, Graham McPherson, who can lay claim to a possibly unique, but unfortunate, experience having learned of his estranged father's death on the Wikipedia website.

They have produced over 10 albums with Oui Oui Si Si Ja Ja Da Da released in November 2012. None of the albums has hit the Number 1 spot in the UK although One Step Beyond, their first album, reached the number 2 slot in 1979 as did their second album Absolutely in 1980.
