The loveable rogues created their own style of Cockney influenced Rock which coined the term "Rockney". Songs such as Gertcha (Get out of here) and Ain't No Pleasing You and Margate made them famous as well as Rabbit (Cockney rhyming: rabbit and Pork = talk, chatter, talkative) with the catchy line "You've got more rabbit than Sainsburys".
Although they didn't write many successful songs, the pair managed to knock out nine albums including a Christmas Carol LP and the obligatory "Best Of...".
They stopped playing in 2009 but reformed and played gigs in 2010, 2011 and 2012.
